Lulu Frost is a jewelry brand founded in New York City in 2004
by designer and CFDA member Lisa Salzer. Known for its statement blend of antique and modern elements, the ethos of Lulu Frost is naturally inherited from Lisa’s maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Rock Frost, who worked in the estate jewelry business for decades. From Victorian to Deco to contemporary influences, the Lulu Frost aesthetic represents an intersection of tradition and modernity.
The collections have garnered a devout following of diverse tastemakers including Beyoncé, former First Lady Michelle Obama and Taylor Swift, amongst others. Lisa has partnered with notable fashion designers including Alexander Wang, DKNY and Erin Fetherston as well as a long running collaboration with pioneering retailer J.Crew.
In early 2013, Lulu Frost debuted a unisex collection, George Frost, which is made in NYC and has been widely recognized for its ongoing collaboration with CFDA menswear Designer of the Year Michael Bastian. Lulu Frost and George Frost are internationally distributed and can be found within the doors of top retail and e-tail powerhouses, including Neiman Marcus, Barneys Japan, Liberty London and more.
Lulu Frost’s studio headquarters located in New York’s Flatiron District includes a retail shop, open 6 days a week to the public, wholesale showroom and the brand’s office and production facility. In Summer 2017, Lulu Frost will open the doors of its first flagship retail store in the downtown Nolita neighborhood.
