Lulu Frost is dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Any items purchased between November 1 - December 24th will have a return date extension of January 15th in acknowledgement of the holidays. We will accept unworn, undamaged, full-price items purchased on lulufrost.com with the Lulu Frost vendor tag fully intact. We do not accept returns on any custom styles or SALE items.
To return an item, please email email@example.com with the word Return and the order number in the subject line. For all approved domestic return requests, we will provide a UPS shipping label. If you choose to use the provided label, we will deduct $10 from the refund once we receive the item in-house.
If you are an international customer or a domestic customer who chooses not to use the provided UPS label, please be sure to use an insured courier - FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Lulu Frost, Inc. is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Once the refund is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the original order (unless otherwise specified), and the refund in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted (if applicable). Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
