L&C Le Triad Mini Necklace

We love Le Triad Mini!  This petite yet powerful necklace is the perfect gift or addition to your layers.  Handmade from a delicate mix of VSilk (vegetal silk) from Greece and gold-plated mini paperclip chain, this simple piece is a modern classic.  Each mini knot is hand tied in an ancient Celtic form of three interlocking loops.  The loops symbolize three forces of nature: water, earth and fire.  The space in between each loop signifies life, death and rebirth. 

Each necklace is carefully finished with 14kt gold wire holding a trio of semi-precious stones, such as tourmaline, labradorite, malachite, aquamarine, lapis, turquoise, coral and others to complement the the color of each VSilk knot.  A signature Lulu Frost fob clasp and linked end chain allow for each piece to be adjusted from 15" to 17".

We're so excited to bring you Lulu & Cat - a new collaboration between artist Cat Donohue and Lulu Frost founder Lisa Salzer.  Cat is a talented fiber artist who creates large-scale work, and for this unique collection of jewelry, she hand-weaves each piece, one knot at a time.  Lisa and team then add classic Lulu Frost custom hardware and bespoke hand-beading in a variety of vintage and antique beads, freshwater pearls, and precious/semi-precious gemstones.  Adorned with a custom charm tag, these Lulu & Cat pieces remind you to "find a smile".
