Join us for our first in-person healing session with Pranic healer & Breathwork facilitator Danielle Porto, hosted by Lulu Frost & Co on Thursday, March 26th from 7pm - 8:30pm.

What is Transformational Breathwork?

We will be practicing two-stage pranayama, an invigorating Breathwork practice to release what no longer serves you and facilitate a return to the soul. This ancient technique is rooted in the yogic traditions and offers a bridge between the physical and the spiritual. The ultimate goal of the 2-stage Pranayama Breathwork meditation is personal healing and allows us to tap into our higher purposes.  As we clear our blocks and align our energy, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities. Prepare to be shifted and transformed as Danielle leads you through with care and support.
