All Sale items are a final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Items are priced as marked and are subject to change. Prices are not retroactive, and price adjustments will not be granted on previous purchases.
Product
Sample sale is made up of product from past seasons, archival pieces, as well as actual sample pieces.
While all pieces are from some point in the history of Lulu Frost, some pieces may not be marked or have a Lulu Frost logo ball attached. We will not be providing logo balls or other branded findings for those that are not marked.
You will find that some of these pieces are made with raw brass chain and other components. We love raw brass for its vintage look and its patina as it ages. Changes to the color of raw brass is to be expected and not considered a defect.
Measurements and materials descriptions are provided for each item, so please take a moment to check them out before purchasing. We do our best to provide accurate information. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Packaging
Sample sale items will be packaged in non-branded organza pouches.
Shipping
Allow 48 hours for items to be packed and shipped.
Customer Service Hours
Please be patient with us during sample sale. We will return all emails and calls within 24 hours, but may not be a fast as we usually are.
Customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm EST.
