Tiny critters and European gals-on-the-go were the inspiration for Italian design duo Mirko Fontana and Diego Marquez of Au Jour Le Jour.  Their Fall/Winter 2014 Ready-to-Wear collection featured jeweled braces as an update to their signature lip motif and cats and dogs paraded the runway; each one more bejeweled and perfect than the last.

Mark your calendars!  Starting today, February 28th through March 29th, American photographer Robert Mapplethorpe is housing a large exhibition titled As Above, So Below at the OHWOW Gallery in Los Angeles.  This thematic exhibition presents more than 50 of Mapplethorpe’s images, including polaroids, medium format and silver gelatin prints.
